Clean and comfortable with nice staff

Very friendly and efficient on arrival. Room was very clean and tidy The complex was very organised Plug by the bed Bike very safe.

Need a light switch by the bed I struggled to find a decent reaturant close. There was loud music until about 11.30 or 12. But that's not really the resorts fault

The room was very clean, relatively large and well equipped with a fridge, water boiler and coffee powder. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was very good. We returned in the afternoon as we forgot a charger and the staff had already put it aside for us.

It's relatively far from the main food area.

The staff was very helpful and friendly.. They fetch me to Chomtong temple with the motor bike..i ask for their help as there is hard to call any Grab taxi and i was with a large luggage. Really appreciate their help and they even ask around to find the exact destination .. The room is clean and bed is comfortable . Highly recommended !!

I came for a second time because it was a very quiet place the first time. On second time I requested the same room well in advance because it was far from everything and quiet; however. On check-in I noticed the next door neighbour was very loudly talking on the phone, so I I asked to be moved one room further down. Moving in and leaving my luggage, on return I noticed someone else has been checked in right next to my room, and was listening to TV very loud. There were 3 more empty room next to me, but idk why she checked in the new person right next to me. I sent message and asked why this, and if she can come to talk to the person to lower the volume and be considerate. No response. Only responded next day at 9AM . SO I would have given full good rating, but the lack of common sense and very slow response makes it very low. It's a shame, cause you don't need a lot to keep a customer happy. I appreciated for keeping the luggage few hours after checking out .

Great stop over on the Mai Hong son loop, bed was comfortable, air con and shower great.
