"Nice but prefer other app in the Lipa"

It was clean and they have turkish coffee for the guests in the app.

Nothing is broken and it is clean but the amenities are old and kitchen could have more appliances (i.e. lemon squeezer, vessel, wooden spoon). In front of the app it could be a sitting set, not just two chairs and table each from different sets so it seems like they were collected from leftovers.

A few apartment details need some renovation, and the bathroom is a little bit cold.
