The Point Apartment in Titova Villa Zlatibor

Great location , Cozy, clean, brand new modern and fully equipped apartment. Great view to Tornik Ski Center. The Spa and wellness center in the complex is superb. Parking place available. Highly recomended👍

Location is bit more on altitude vs. city center, so air quality was much better and view to the city and mountain were great. Facilities are brand new, apartment is well equiped, nothing was missing. Overall, good value for the price. Nice and quiet neighbourhood. Enough playgrounds, walking tracks and grocery shops nearby. Spa center is also well equiped, worth the tickets, you can also get drinks by the pool. Compared to some other city-areas, I really fancy this area the most, like small hill above city but close enough to commute, also arrival from Cajetina's main road is quite easy, within 2 mins.

Titova Vila complex is still under construction, so much of parking lots are occupied daily by workers. Location is not too far from centre for adults, but for small children might be too much, plan this ahead. Each of 5 buildings has ~80 apts but only 15-20 parking spots for each, which could be an issue in peak-season. Potentially crowded, but in my case in 3rd week of April was nearly empty. Keep this in mind to avoid disappointment.

The apartment was very modern and clean. The view was amazing and it has parking. The beds were comfortable and the room was warm during the cold weather. The host was very nice and responded to all of our needs. There is a spa and wellness center in the complex which is very modern and relaxing.

Apartmanot nov, chist, udoben I moderno ureden. Kujnata opremena so site aparati,plus masina za perenje. Lokacijata odlichna, za 3 min ste do centar so kola ili 10 do 15 min peshki. Odlichna komunikacija. Iskrena preporaka za odmor na Zlatibor.
