Ήταν πολύ καθαρό. Τα κρεβάτια ήταν άνετα. Είχε καφέ εσπρέσσο για το πρωί και εμφιαλωμένο νερό.

Δεν είχε ζεστό νερό. Μας είπε η κοπέλα να το αφήσουμε ανοιχτό 3 λεπτά. Δεν είχε.. Μετά μας είπε να το αφήσουμε 6 λεπτά. Πάλι δεν είχε. Μετά μας είπε να το αφήσουμε 10 λεπτά αλλά ήταν η ώρα να φύγουμε. Το ασανσέρ τρομακτικό.. παλιό..

Great location, very clean, easy to check-in. I very much recommend these apartments for a few days stay.

A bit tricky to shower with the shower being "open" (lacking curtains/glass). But overall, this is just a minor nuisance. Since I've stayed here several times, I can attest that this is an issue only in certain rooms.

Great location, clean, nice balcony, good mattress, relatively easy to book and to find on short notice/late in the evening.

No warm water in the shower. The sink started smelling bad from the drains after one day, so that the whole bathroom smelled bad. The drain for the shower sat a little wrong, so that it was difficult to shower without flooding the floor of the bathroom. The staff had a private party Saturday night, incl. loud music on the corridor, screaming children and around ten guests. I complained aggressively two times, which made them shut it down an hour later, but it was very uncomfortable. The walls are thin in general. There was always staff present, but not to help, just to check whether you are a guest of the establishment. I extended my stay after the first night, and they offered to circumvent booking.com for further extensions, which is not allowed according to current platform rules. They kept on sending me emails asking when I would check out, although it was clear from my booking via booking.com. In general, they send a lot of emails, but staff support is poor. Lift goes only up until the fifth floor. Self-Check in requires that you send a photo of your ID via WhatsApp or email.
