Nice apartment, small but cozy, lots of storage room, all you need in the kitchen, including clean towels and new kitchen sponges. Quiet and nice. Playground for kids. Extremely nice and thoughtful host, she sent the exact location for easy access. Also nice ladies at the reception who were very helpful for any info we needed. Extra info for people who have never been to the Kopaonik national park and do no speak Serbian: you can pay the access tax into the park online either for a day or a week (in order to get to the property you need to enter the park and exit it).

Only 30% discount for using the spa center, payable only in cash. The resort is big, very nice on the outside, but with disturbing little details here and there like a misplaced piece of stairs or garbagge thrown in storage rooms.

the teresa is really nice

Great studio, small but with all that you need, confortable sofa, situated in the same building with the Nacional restaurant and a new spa. Parking in the street for free or in a garrage available with additional cost, great choice if it's snowing. Ski bus station in front of the building.
