Good location and good value-price. Nice view Igor is very nice and helpful.

Not very clean, and old amenities. Kitchen equipped with the minimum. Toilets need to be fixed because they are unstable. Real curtains would be a plus because you can be awaken very early, with the sun.

Excellent place to stay. Great location and really affordable. Igor is a lovely host.

Everything was very nice. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, very bright and warm, and tasty decorated. Excellent internet connection, and with plugs everywhere including above the bed 👌 Fully equipped bathroom. It is at 9th floor, the elevator reaches floor 8, and than one string of stairs. Being at the top offered spectacular view on the city and Jastrebac mountain range, and quiet nights. The host was extremely welcoming, and friendly. Very much appreciated the info about quiet hours - have not seen that often - which means host's respect and care for neighbours. Nearby is a beautiful park, many bars and coffee shops, as well as restaurants, groceries, pharmacies, so it is easy to organise your breakfast, lunch or dinner. Nisava river is also nearby for a good walk. Excellent value for money.

Only a suggestion to increase temperature in the water heater in the bathroom if more than one persons resides - it is small heater and there was enough hot water for one person, but two would not have enough water to have a consecutive bath .
