Objekat se nalazi na jako dobroj lokaciji, blizu svih potrebnih sadržaja. Gospodja koja nas je dočekala na ulazu bila je izuzetno ljubazna. Prednost apartmana je terasa. Veoma miran i lep kraj.

Higijena apartmana je bila upitna. Podovi su bili ne tako čisti, a papuče koje su za jednokratnu upotrebu su bile korištene više puta(na njima su bile vlasi kose). Pored tuš kabine je bila neka voda koja se povećavala nakon svakog tuširanja.
