Все, что заявлено соответствует действительности. И кроватку малышу предоставили, и хозяин помог с багажом, что очень помогло с детьми. Есть колясочная в подъезде внизу - это важный плюс.

Разница в отсчете этажей сыграла злую шутку: ждали на этаж ниже). Учитывайте, что этажность считается в разных странах по-разному.
