Location, clean room.

We had a serious issue with electric vehicle charging (which was the main reason we chose this apartment). The owner charges €20 for a full charge (which is quite unusual, but we accepted it). However, the owner does not communicate charging times with guests and stopped the charging station at 7 a.m. without informing us. As a result, we were unable to fully charge our car. We planned to leave at 10 a.m. (check-out time), and we intended to finish charging the remaining battery in the morning, but this was not possible because the charger had already been turned off. We tried calling the owner, but she did not answer. She later called us back and blamed us for the situation, offered no compensation, and did not apologize. Her behavior was extremely rude. In the end, we paid €20 for only a 60% charge. This is completely unacceptable. If we pay for the accommodation until 10 a.m., we logically expect the charger to be available until check-out time—not switched off at 7 a.m.

Clean apartment with well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed; large bathroom with washer and large clothes drying rack. Across the street from Tivoli Park. Quiet. Grocery store a block away.

Sloped ceilings (watch your head!) and minimal furnishings (without much charm). Located on a very busy street, and though the building is set back from the road and the apartment itself was quiet, the 20-minute walk to the city center wasn’t all that pleasant.

Everything was great!The hosts were very kind and always available.
