The location and cleanliness and also how well stocked everything was - tea/coffee/milk

The location was amazing. It was right on the river by the Dragon Bridge, very convenient to everything. It was an immaculate property and very clean. The host thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. It was like a home away from home. When we arrived early, our host let us check in early. There were fresh flowers, a snack, and juice waiting for us. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The room was very clean and I felt at home. The old town is right in front of the hotel,and the train station and bus terminal are within a 15minute walk. And above all,the staff were warn and very kind,making my stay very comfirtable.

Very central apartment, situated in a pedestrian area and close to all amenities. Peter the owner, and his assistant Martina were unbelievably polite and extremely friendly and helpful! This is imperative when visiting a country where one does not understand a single word of the language. The Bus Station is literally round the corner and the staff there are very helpful and polite. The fact that English is spoken practically everywhere is a big plus.

Nothing not to like really... except the fact that the initial reaction to the Apartment is one of apprehension. The building where the apartment is situated can be accessed through the front or the rear of the building. Entering through the front is fine but the rear entrance comprises an open courtyard which sadly many pigeons have made their habitat... with the result that it's always full of bird droppings. This puts one off initially but you really must ignore this fact as you have to realise that this is the way the many old buildings are built across Europe...ie.,with a central courtyard open to the elements. So just enjoy the lovely apartment and fantastic hosts and don't let this spoil your trip. Will hopefully return in the very near future....and will stay in the same apartment...
