Apartmani CENTAR- Smederevo

Bili smo veoma razočarani iskustvom na licu mesta. Cena koju smo videli na Bookingu i cena koju smo na kraju platili nije bila ista (platili smo više). Putovali smo poslovno i zato smo rezervisali smeštaj sa kasnim check-inom, koji je navodno moguć do 22:00. Međutim, žena iz smeštaja nas je pozvala i rekla da moramo doći do 18:00 jer ona radi samo do tada. Po dolasku smo naglasili da nam je obavezno potreban gotovinski račun, ali nam je izdala fiskalni račun, iako smo jasno rekli šta nam treba, i zatim tvrdila da to više „ne može“ da ispravi.

Location in the center of the city

The room had no windows. The girl at the reception said it was mentioned in the ad, but I didn’t see that. Because of that, it was very stuffy the whole time. The air conditioner was working, but it didn’t cool at all — even after the receptionist’s intervention, there was no noticeable difference. There was no kitchenette or fridge either. For the same price, I stayed in apartments in Belgrade and Kruševac, both of which were much better, so the price–quality ratio here is very poor. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment to anyone (I’d rather call it a room).

Geweldige locatie, professionele en vriendelijke personeel. Schoon kamer en zeer comfortabele bedden.
