Location, most facilities are new and in good conditions. good value. nice host

the beds are 2 sofa beds that open wider (about 1.1 meter) but it is not enough for 2 people. So if you are 2 its ok. we were 3 and it was very uncomfortable to sleep 2 people on one sofa bed.
