Lovely basement rental

Tutto perfetto! La camera era pulita, accogliente e ben attrezzata. Anamarija è stata gentilissima, fornendo spiegazioni chiare e complete per il check-in. Posizione comoda, atmosfera tranquilla e ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Sicuramente consigliato!

L’unico suggerimento sarebbe aggiungere qualche opzione in più per la colazione, ad esempio una macchinetta del caffè direttamente in camera.

The location was excellent — just a 10-minute peaceful walk to the lake. The apartment was tidy and included all the amenities listed in the description. Clean bed linen, comfortable beds, and a well-equipped kitchen — all of these aspects were spot on, and there was really nothing to complain about.

We understand that air conditioning wasn’t mentioned in the apartment description, so we weren’t surprised by its absence. Being partially below ground level generally helps during hot days, and the temperature was bearable. Still, it might be worth considering investing in air conditioning in the future. The main issue that made our stay less than perfect was a party organized by other guests, which went on until late at night. The celebration above our heads ended around 3 a.m., when the clearly well-lubricated participants finally tired out and went to bed — as did we. We completely understand that holidays are a time to have fun, but a party that stretches into the early morning hours can be exhausting, especially for those who spent the previous day engaged in intense physical activity.

The experience was great. The host is very responsive and the place is good. Overall a great stay.

+ Good location, there is everything in the kitchen to cook food, 24/7 arriving time, Christmas tree in the living

- There wasn't a place to park a car, I had to park it on the neighboring street. Terrible sewer smell in the apartment, broken TV, too much mold in the shower
