"Perfect cozy flat with new furniture"

— A lot of space, few rooms, three zones in bathroom; — cozy area with sofa and big tv-screen; — comfortable bed and 4 places for sleeping; — new pleasant kitchen.

— Location is too far from the center on foot, if you are with car - it's 5 minutes; — Hot water does not flow immediately in shower, you need to wait maybe 3 minutes; — Early check-out at 9 am (but we asked and owner agreed for 11 am).
