We did not spend very much time in the apartment, so it did not matter much, but there was a lack of comfortable seating.

Very clean and all new. Perfect!!!

The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood, qnd only 10min walking distance from the historic center. Although we never met the host live, Martina was very helpful via mail and whatsapp messages. She was also very thoughtful by checking regulary if everything was fine. The apartment is very clean, and freseen of all modern comfort a family of 4 needs. Kitchen is well equipped (cooker, microwave, automatic dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine,...° There's a washing machine in the bathroom, but we never had to use it during our short stay (3 nights).

The only thing you need to be aware of, is that the hot water runs out relatively quickly. I estimate you can shower comfortly with 2 persons in a row. Than you'll need to wait until there's enough hot water in the boiler. Just something to take into account in planning, and than it's no problem.

location, very clean

The hosts were very friendly. The location is brilliant, less than a minute walk to the beautiful river and about 15 minute stroll into the centre of the town. The accommodation is extremely clean and new-looking and very attractive. There were all the facilities we needed - coffee machine, air-conditioning and a nice balcony.

There were no user guides for any of the appliances in the house, and they were not obvious. I couldn't work out how to work the oven and I couldn't work out how to change the channel on the TV. Everything was very hi-tech which is perfect for some people but we would have preferred something simpler! The method of getting into the apartment in the first place was very hi-tech ("virtual key?") which had to be accessed using your internet. What if you don't have a phone with internet? My phone's internet didn't work anyway. Fortunately the hosts had arranged a taxi for us and they arranged for the taxi driver to let us into the apartment. Once in, there is a normal key which we then used for the rest of our stay. The property's wifi worked at first but not after the first couple of days. Very uncomfortable sofa!
