Апартаментът е в топ центъра на Нови Сад, изглежда нов и е чудесно обзаведен, чист и с прекрасна гледка към града. Има собствено паркомясто в подземния гараж. Ивана е чудесен домакин. А точно до сградата е ресторант Kalem, в който за пръв път се наядохме супер вкусно, след като ден преди това бяхме в Мишлен във Виена и обиколихме куп австройски и унгарски ресторанти. Топ храна и топ място :))

Any time I am in Novi Sad I always stay here. There is simply no better place. The owner has great taste, the place is beautifully designed and practical at the same time. Modern, clean. Special mention: Rituals toiletries are available at the property. I will say it again: This is better than staying in a hotel or any other apartment. There are other cheaper apartments in the building but you just can't compare them with this. Always choose quality.

The location is perfect - easy access from all directions and main points of the city as the Univercity, Old Town, Bridge & Fortress. Very good restaurant in the same building which we also used for breakfast on our own. There is also a supermarket in the building. We used a parking place, which we had preordered with the host Ivana. The building and interior are modern and nice. The guests should be careful not to switch-off the water heater by mistake, as we both did - me and my colleague. Ivana should draw the guests' attention to this button.

The room temperatute was fixed at 25C and it was too hot during the night. The system is automatic and impossible to be reduces or increades by ourselfs.

Exceptional experience! The apartment was impeccably clean, centrally located, and elegantly furnished. The wifi was consistently fast and reliable. Above all, the best part of my stay was meeting the owner; she is very thoughtful, kind, and knowledgable. My highest recommendations for this apartment!
