Great host, place and location!

The view from the balcony is wonderful and the host is very kind.

Big space,cheap,can accommodate many people if you're low maintenance.

Where to begin;The floor was creaking a lot, we found cockroaches and other pests in literally all the rooms, ventilation did not work and the owner's fix was to drill holes in the bathroom door, making the whole apartment smelly.Also most windows did not have screens so we couldn't really open them to cool down the space(the air-conditioning unit was in one bedroom only), there were leftover food bags in the kitchen cabinets out of which the cockroaches ate (instead of being in closed containers) and the two bedrooms in the downstairs basement area were extremely humid to the point where our dried clothes felt wet on us. When we addressed the cockroach issue, the owner responded that "this area has a cockroach problem"and that unfortunately there was nothing they could do,acting as if this was something completely normal for a rented space.

Everything. It was enough for five people

Maybe the shower upstair that was not fully functional and that somewhere wasn't cleaned enough

Has all the amenities you need. Good location, clean and comfortable. Host was great.
