Serbian home - Gandijeva 162, free parking, blok 44

It was impossible to pay through Booking, we didn’t know that we needed cash. Please wash towels separately from dusters.

Good location, very comfortable and clean. Apartment has enough space for family with 2 kids and 2 adults.

Windows do not have nets for the insects. Parking is free but it will put your driving skills to test. Smell in the bathroom despite good ventilation maybe some air freshener would help.

Very clean good facilities bean coffee maker! Everything worked well. Plenty of hot water for shower washing up. Well equipped dishwasher etc. Fifth floor but lift good, couldn't fault it. Perfect location for us to stay near our family who live in the next blok.

Bathroom is internal with fan but seems to stay a bit damp smelling but not major issue. That's the way those flats are built.

Everything was perfect - apartment, location, communication with the owner. Flat is clean, comfortable, close to the Sava river, markets, public transport..

I could write about it for hours, but just simply everything one can think of was perfect and beautiful! Really loved the place. Will only mention amazingly beautiful inner decoration!

Absolutely nothing

Everything was great. Quiet neighbourhood, comfortable beds, clean rooms. I recommend 👌 Great host, easy to deal with, respond quickly.

We stayed only one night, but i have no idea what could be bad.

Flat is newly renovated, simple but modern style to fit everyone and to be easily held clean. It is very well equipped with utilities you need to feel at home- washing machine, drier, additional bed sheets, towels to change, coffee machine, ironing machine, vacuum cleaner, house shoes, sets with mugs and glasses of different kinds, toaster… Location is great and it’s quiet for Belgrade, however I did close windows in the night, because of the street noise. We were traveling with a little baby to meet the family and we had no issues in the evenings, baby could sleep in one room and we could continue our daily activities in another without bothering each other, even if we were not keeping quiet. TV offers huge set of HBO movies for free. There is a park in front for kids, and on the river Sava there are many bars and restaurants close to the flat to visit. So it is a perfect place to stay if you are traveling with a baby. Also important point for us- flat doesn’t smell on cigarettes at all. I am very sensitive to it and I’ve been in non-smoking flats that had a light cigarette smell even though. But this was not the case with Serbian home.

We didn’t cook much. The dishes for cooking like frying pan, are not big enough and they are also in my opinion used up. You can bake, make salats, (hot) sandwiches… but really creating a home made cooked meal is not really easy. I am writing it here just to mention, but this didn’t really bother us, as there is for example Zar Mance grill 100m away from the flat that sells grilled meat for 10€/kg + salads + french fries… there are restaurants near by, so we also didn’t need or really want to cook. But if I would’ve wanted, this would maybe be a challenge. Another point- we had mosquitoes because the flat is so close to the river. Maybe mosquito net on balcony doors would be good to have, but this would really mean for us that the flat exceeds all our expectations.
