Otopark için yola bırakıyorsunuz, motosiklet için kaldırıma bıraktık. Daire büyük ve yatak sayısı fazlaydı. İki banyo olması avantaj.

"A 2-bathroom 3-room 6-bed spacious apartment"

Apartmentul e spatios, la etajul 8 (este lift), are balcon, bucatarie, 2 bai si 3 camere - 1 living cu 3 canapele extensibile (2 duble si 1 single) si 2 dormitoare separate (unul cu 1 pat matrimonial si unul cu 1 pat matrimonial + 1 pat single), deci ar putea gazdui un grup mare de persoane. Raport pret - calitate foarte bun, pretul e decent avand in vedere locatia aproape de centru (30 min de mers pe jos fata de Piata Romana, 10min cu taxi ce nu costa mult, vreo 4-5 EUR). Comunicare buna cu staff-ul, promptitudine si eficacitate, ne-am inteles la telefon pentru check-in. Parcare cu plata la strada principala (Stefan cel Mare), 30 de lei pe zi (6 EUR). Se poate plati usor si fara taxe suplimentare prin aplicatia Parking Bucuresti. Micile atentii din bucatarie: ceai si cafea instant

Am gasit 2 gandaci in apartament (unul intr-o baie si unul in bucatarie). Dusul din baia mica merge doar cu apa rece; fiind cu centrala de bloc, apa calda ar trebui sa ajunga mai greu, dar nu ajunge deloc (am incercat vreo 20 min). Ar fi de preferat macar sa se stie din timp, pentru a planui a.i. pentru dus, sa se utilizeze doar cealalta baie. Cealalta baie are boiler si merge perfect. Asternuturile sunt putin ingalbenite, iar prosoapele cam vechi. Parcare: exista o mica posibilitate de a gasi un loc public gratis in spatele blocului, dar sansele sunt minime.

Гарне розташування, 30 хвилин пішки до старого міста. Приємний власник, який нас зустрів. Просторна квартира з цікавим дизайном. Чудовий вид на місто з панорамних вікон.

Excellent location and apartment for a group. It has 2 bedrooms but it’s 3 if you use the sofa beds in the living area. Easy access to public transport and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We stayed 2 nights and it was really nice. The host was super nice and flexible

Some things broken (small toilet) but for the rest is great. It looks a bit dodgy the outside of the building but it’s actually quite a nice building and the view is nice
