Natura Fina Resort

Everything! The hosts were super responsive, helpful and thoughtful. The resort itself is very unique, especially the huts!

The accomodation wasn't as promised on booking.com or the website. There was a very loud noice from the cable car (whole day), both swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) were closed or empty (in the summer!). The owner promised us to give us a refund because of this reasons (we had to book another accomodation for our vacation because we didn't want to stay bij Natura Fina Resort anymore), but untill now he will keep us in suspense and we never received the refund. The owner doesn't keep his promises.

- My boyfriend and I were looking for a quiet and peaceful place to stay in nature before our wedding. On the pictures and the description, it seems like Natura Fina Resort would be the perfect place for it. But in reality, the "resort" is located right next to a big sports field, some stores and a loud ropeway. - Our mobile home laid right next to the ropeway, so it was very loud. There was loud music from morning to the evening, so we could not relax at all (we stayed there at the weekend). - The pool on the picture belongs to a separate place, it's like a 10 minutes walk from the resort. - The description and pictures of the Naturea Fina Resort are misleading. It's just photographed from one perspective, so you get the impression it's really quiet and more in nature. We were really disappointed!

Location, friendly host, comfortable bed.

It gets a little hot in the night, as this is a small place, best to open the door for air circulation

New, well maintained
