Apartments in Villa Olimp

We have stayed in the Jacuzzi/Sauna apartment. The jacuzzi water was cold and it was not fresh. It was full of chemistry to keep it clean-looking. We have not figured out how to make the water hot. Setting it to max temperature did nothing. There were no instructions for operation. The sauna glass door was dislocated and could not be closed completely. Because of this the sauna was useless as it couldn't reach high temperature as all the hot air was escaping trough the gap. No instructions for the sauna heater were available. The lighting in the apartment is poor and partially not functioning. The WC door was warped and couldn't close without forcing it inside the frame. No insect screens on the windows, so all kind of bugs can enter easily, Keeping the windows closed is an option, but only if you enjoy the hard chlorine smell from the jacuzzi.

The location is quite convenient - close to the bus stop and the centre. The neighbourhood is quiet!

Lovely sitting and dining area. Very comfortable rooms. Good contact from the host..Great to have some air conditioning as it was very hot for our visit.

Kitchen wasn't very big, didn't bother us as we didn't do much cooking. Some bedside lamps would have been nice.

Response from owner was good. Jacuzzi was nice. Sauna was ok but it should be made clear the sauna is in the second bedroom which makes it difficult to use close to bedtime. Beds were large.

The owner is trying but more effort needs to be made. There aren't many instructions provided. There is a coffee machine but no pods provided. For any future travellers the machine uses Nescafe Gusto pods. They are quite difficult to buy locally. Maintenance needs to be done on the apartment, there are exposed wires etc. Overall it could be a really good apartment with just a little more effort.

Loved the location. Check-in and check out was easy.

The apartments are very well located, with Supermarkets and Bus stops in less than 15 min walk distance. The apartment was clean, with all amenities, really comfortable. The whirlpool and the sauna was a big plus. The team of Vila Olimp was really helpful and always answered fast to any doubt we could have.
