"We didn't have wifi and the hosts refused to compensate us"

The apartments are new, clean and spacious. The view is amazing.

The wifi didn't work at all throughout our stay. We alerted the hosts. After a few days they called a technician who couldn't fix the problem. We asked for a 22$ refund (for the 10GB data plan I had to buy, since we used my phone as a hotspot) but the hosts refused, saying that wifi "is not as necessary to life as heat in an apartment and running water". So if wifi and hosts that will compensate you if problems occur are important to you, don't choose this property.
