Die Lage ist gut, wir konnten zu Fuß zum Kalmar Slott gehen. Öffentliche Parkplätze vor dem Haus (kostenlos) an der Straße- auf Abstand zur Kreuzung und Fahrtrichtung achten, sonst gibt es wohl schnell Strafzettel. Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Einchecken problemlos mit Türcode.

Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer ist okay, nur kann man leider keine Tür zum Flur und zur Küche schließen.
