Perfect location out off the town centre. Easy to park your car. The appartement is nicely furnished with decorations and some plants. The kitchen has all utilities you need. Compliments.

It was a lovely stay! The apartment has everything you need and it was clean and neat. We enjoyed using the kitchen which was equipped very well! Marcus is a lovely host and we would definitely recommend to stay with him. Besides the location of the apartment is great, it's quiet but you can walk to the city of Sundsvall within 20-30 minutes.

Like a hotel suite with everything you need. Great design and small details around the apartment. Super comfortable bed. Super clean apartment. Loved the Nespresso machine with the coffee in the mornings. Fully equipped kitchen even if we didn’t use it. The host, super friendly and welcoming. So all in all, can only recommend this apartment and looking forward to stay another time.

It exceeded all our expectation. The pictures looked so beautiful so we didn’t think it could look that perfect. Well, it did! The house is super cosy and everthing you need is there. A comfy bed and couch, Nice kitchen, free parking.

So, the mission here is to describe this home away from home most honestly and accurately for future guests, and this time we do that with great pleasure. We encountered a charming gentleman who introduced the apartment and was very helpful and kind with perfect English. Yes, I can say he is an ideal host! Superb quality is noticeable everywhere; This place will spoil you to a level that twice as much money will NOT be able to get. The apartment is exceptionally equipped with a large kitchen, large space, and everything of a very high standard, and lovely artistically. We felt spoiled with the comfy bed and many extras. Yes, people call a lovely place with a very experienced host a “Super Host,” but this is NOT a “simple, super host” apartment. This is a level above Super host, maybe “Extreme super host” And we recommend it to our family, friends, and everyone who loves being spoiled and getting the best of the best. We also loved the area with many things to do.
