Super ausgestattet, toll eingerichtet. Zwei Badezimmer für uns bei Buchung für 4 Personen. Lage direkt im Zentrum - man ist unmittelbar in der Fußgängerzone. Parken an sich kein Problem. Es gibt genügend öffentliche Parkplätze in der Nähe. Parkautomaten akzeptieren auch Karten. Ein Tag kostet max. 25 RON. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Informationen zum Zugang haben wir rechtzeitig per WhatsApp erhalten. Danke, Madalina! Von uns eine uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung.

Nichts

Am fost foarte mulțumită de cazare! Deși este situată chiar în centrul orașului, am fost plăcut surprinsă de liniștea de care ne-am bucurat pe tot parcursul șederii. Totul a fost foarte curat, iar paturile au fost extrem de confortabile, ceea ce a contribuit la un somn odihnitor. Un mare plus a fost și mica bucătărie, complet utilată cu veselă și tot ce am avut nevoie – foarte practică și bine organizată. Recomand cu încredere!

Kaya Studio è uno dei quei posti in cui appena entri percepisci con quanta cura tutto è pensato per farti star bene: ogni oggetto, ogni accostamento di colore rivela gusto e attenzione, e non manca nessuna di quelle piccole premure (dalle ciabatte allo spazzolino, alla bottiglia di vino di benvenuto) che ti fanno sentire accolto come una persona cara, anziché un ospite qualunque. Tutto è pulitissimo, ordinato, comodo. Inoltre la posizione è fantastica: una palazzina con cortile interno con doppio ingresso, da un lato una stradina tranquilla con quasi di fronte un comodo parcheggio, dall'altra uno dei viale principali, pulsante di vita, di negozi e ristoranti, che in pochi passi ti porta dritto alla Piata Mare. Non abbiamo avuto il piacere di incontrare l'host ma non ha mancato di essere presente via WhatsApp inviandoci anche dei video chiarissimi su come accedere all'appartamento.

Nessuno, anche se ho la tentazione di inventarmene qualcuno per evitare che abbia troppo successo e io non riesca a trovarlo più libero, se dovessi tornare a Sibiu ;-)

The location was excellent, even though it was difficult to find at first. The unit was very clean, with lovely decor and attention to detail. Once contacted, the host was extremely responsive to our needs (see below).

The description of the property is very misleading. It is not two bedrooms. Rather, it is one bedroom plus a living room / lounge with a large bed in it, making it very unsuitable for two couples. When we arrived we could see that it was designed for three people (not two couples) as there was three of everything (including chairs, cups, cutlery, ect). However, the host was very responsive and brought everything we needed within a few hours (including an additional chair). The kitchenette is minimalist. Can we suggest that instructions for check-in be sent a few days before arrival. Because we rely on wifi, we only got access to the detailed instructions (ie. more than the address) after we arrived!

The location of this unit is great. It was spacious enough, clean and cosy. We wanted two connected rooms with two bathrooms and if was perfect for us. It is located in condominium like building with 2 exits, on to street and one to main town square. Everything you want to see in at 5 minutes walk from the appartment. The town is beautiful and from this location you may explore it easily. There is no parking at the premises due to its location, however we found parking spot easy and very close.
