Ticho v apartmáne a odhlučnenie. Výhľad.

Práčka vydáva hlučné zvuky (asi je tam nejaká porucha). Pre komfort chýbala tam aspoň jedna kapsula alebo trochu pracieho prostriedku na jedno pranie. Cena sa mi zdá príliš vysoká.

Location at walking distance from old town, public transport at 200m, all the facilities. The best thing: panoramic view from the 11th floor.

Very busy boulevard, so it is noisy from 5 am - 12 pm
