New Luxury City centre apartment with panoramic view, free parking

Very clean and welcoming. Also, the view over the city is amazing and is very close to the city centre.

We liked that the apartment it's in a new building located in a very good area of the city, it has a free underground parking and we felt safe both in the city and in the building. The apartment is pretty clean though there were some areas which could use some extra care, like under the couch where i probably wouldn't have noticed unless my younger child hadn't lost a small toy underneath :). Comfortable bed, a pretty ok extendable sofa in the living which can easily accomodate 2 adults. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. When you get there by car, just park for 2 minutes on the sidewalk in front of the building, go to the reception and ask for the keys and parking access card, as there are no parkings in front of the building. Only then go the parking and unpack otherwise you'll have to park a few streets away and drag your suitcases to the reception which is not quite easy when you're with small children and outside it's pouring with rain, it took me a few good 10 minutes to figure out where the parking was. When you finally find it just place your car as close as possible to the grey gate and it will promp it to open and then use the access card. The reception guys can't give you too many infos as they don't speak any language except slovakian.

If you're not a deep sleeper you might get troubled by the traffic outside and the trains passing by and you should use ear plugs for sleeping well, the windows aren't the best in soundproofing. Balcony door and living windows have no child proof mechanism, that would be useful for families with small kids. No shower cabin, there is only a tub and you sit down in it and use the shower pear to simulate a shower, not the best. Not all the security personell at the reception are very communicative and none speak other language than their own so you'll need to figure out how to get to the parking or to the dumpsters.

Everything was great! Clean and comfortable. Parking space in the garage is a big plus. We also loved the view from the apartment.
