Spotlessly clean, high tech equipment.

Cramped bedroom; bed filled the room such that you have to climb in over the footboard. Very difficult for those who are stiff. Complicated technology in kitchen. Even with the instruction manuals found hob etc difficult to work. And believe dishwasher doesn't work. Only window is in the lounge so somewhat claustrophobic.
