Poloha, brutálny panoramatický výhľad, čistota.

Obmedzenie na návštevu. Všade bolo napísané, že nemôže prísť nikto na návštevu doslova ani na 1 minútu, inak sankcia 50,-€. Chápem to z pohľadu zneužívania na “párty”, ale ja som tam bol pracovne, obchodný partner prišiel do mesta, potrebovali sme niečo urgentne prebrať ohľadom našej spoločnosti a nemohol som ho zavolať na ubytovanie, aby sme si to prebrali diskrétne. Ide o hlúposť, nemám problém zaplatiť aj o 50,-€ navyše za “porušenie”, ale vyvíjalo to na mňa podvedome neskutočný psychický nátlak, ktorý podstatne znižoval kvalitu môjho zážitku z ubytovania. Veľká škoda.

It has nothing to do with the description. The apartment has plenty of flaws, I even found cockroaches. It is by no means a 5-star place… when I confronted the owner about how it could possibly be rated 5 stars, he explained that it’s about the location, the building having security — nothing to do with the actual apartment/accommodation itself. He told me the furniture was supposed to be something “wow”… it’s just simple chipboard furniture from Ikea.
