Apartment Cecil - Old Town

City center, cozy place

At nights, it does not feel so safe to walk to property due to party people on streets. Bathroom could be better with a door.

The owner was very nice and helpful, sent clear instructions how to get to the apartment. The kitchen had some basic ingredients for cooking, which made life easier. Good location and was nice overall for the price.

We weren't sure if the bed would hold our weight, so we slept in the other room, but those beds were very creaky.

The location of the property was very close to the center and the tram that goes to the central station.

The beds in the separate room were very loud, the bed in the main area is not made for adults( if you dont have a problem climbing then its ok, my kids loved it), there were sheets and towels left to dry from the previous guests(i guess) there was no bathroom door!

Location was good for where we needed.

A double bunk bed is an odd choice and it didn't feel entirely stable with two people on the top bunk. It's functional but basic. No privacy for the shower/toilet as just a shower curtain as a "door"

The apartment was not very well furnished, for example there were no decent size pots or pans which is not that great for 3 people. Also the beds, as comfortable as they were, made incredibly loud noises at the slightest movement.

The apartment looked just like on the photos, it's in a great location.

I don't usually leave reviews, but this time I have to. I travel fairly often and stay in many airbnbs, but this one was the worst so far. Listen to the negative reviews, I regret taking them lightly. To say the beds are squeaky would be an understatement. It's not a subtle squeaking sound, it's super loud, I don't know how to describe it, I wish it'd be possible to share a video here. It was impossible to sleep on any of them, so I ended up sleeping on the couch. The shower smelled weird, and I wouldn't consider it clean, this again wasn't the best experience. I wouldn't come here again.
