Don't have high expectations. The apartment smells seriously damp. It doesn't count as a house, they made a house out of a warehouse. Even though it seems to be on the ground floor, it is considered to be on the minus 1st floor. There is no air conditioning, the ventilation is not good. Also the landlady is very helpful at the entrance. However, she is not interested in the questions you asked and the problems you reported during check out.
