Apartment Mia - Old Town, AC

Located right in the centre, a few minutes from the Danube and Old Town, in a pleasant, quiet street. Overall, well equipped, relatively clean accommodation. There was shower gel, shampoo and dishwashing liquid/tablets, coffee, sugar, tea and slippers. The microwave and kettle also worked. There was also a sufficient number of fans. The owner was helpful. The flat was spacious.

Overall well equipped, but rather neglected. For example, bed rails on several beds were torn off (broken bars), the curtains in the living room fell down on their own several times (telescopic brackets), there were no paper towels, napkins or tea towels, which was quite distracting. In the smaller room, the door to the bed could not be closed, the light in the inner bathroom above the mirror was out and there were a couple of missing ceiling lights. We asked a baby crib, which was confirmed severql times, but we found in a wardrobe (other places the baby crib is available assembled and made up). It was a nuisance that we were looking for the lock box inside when we arrived, even though it was right across the street. We were given the wrong code to open it (this was quickly sorted out by the owner). As the entrance gate has to be locked all the time, large groups can only move together. It is quite cumbersome.l with a key. Oh, and the front door, when closed, can only be opened from the outside with a key (and if you are stuck outside???). There are quite a few prohibitions and notices that made us feel more like we were in a dorm or a sublet rather than private accommodation. Overall not bad, but there is room for improvement.

Nice sized apartment with plenty of room for our group of 4 adults. There are 150 stairs to walk up, not a big deal, but something to be aware of. Great location for exploring the city, close to restaurants and a grocery store
