Everything! It is modern , perfectly furnished, and set in just the most amazing surroundings with such a breathtaking view of the sea . It’s was an absolute joy to stay here.

- Perfect location with nearby access (bus station) to Piran City Center (vehicle-less area) - Own and very silent garden space - Modern and very well equipped - Convenient parking space ... even with our van and motorbike-trailer - Mini-supermarket around the corner - Piran: a lovely city with plenty of restaurants and beach sides - Very, very friendly landlord. ..... a place to visit again

we had a few suggestions about details what we have mentioned to the host. nothing important. just small things.

Lovely view and good location for Portoroz and Piran. You can walk about a mile along the coast and pick up a free bus into Piran. The location was so quiet and peaceful, set in the grounds of the owner's house. It's compact but has all you need. The garden is big with 3 areas to sit in the shade.

The stairs to the sleeping area are basically a ladder that must be climbed carefully. There isn't much headroom above the bed. The wifi is not good in the property but does work in the garden closer to the main house. The owner is aware and is trying to fix this.
