Good location, clean place, nicely low room temperature (especially superb on a hot summer day or night), parking possible at a reduced price not far from the apartment

No wifi, no own parking, sleeping room too tiny for two single beds

Calm place, reasonable price/quality ratio given a very good position in the city.

Not only that the parking is not available (correctly mentioned in booking conditions) but also there is no possibilito to stop nearby to unload/load the car trunk near the entrance (not mentioned in booking conditions).
