Modern studio in the heart of the city

I stayed from February 10th to April 10th and paid €3 142 + tax. The building is good, location is excellent. The owner is kind but unprofessional. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is comfortable, shower is hot and water pressure is good.

The apartment is not equipped for longer stays. There is no towel-dryer and no heating provided, so if you wash your hands/shower regularly the towels will be perpetually wet and cold (for me personally this is very annoying). There is no exhaust in the kitchen (which is no big deal if you cook carefully). There is no sweeping broom, and when I arrived the vacuum cleaner was already full from previous use (for me this was also no big deal, but the owner was mad I didn’t wipe the floor before checking out)

Easy check in, perfect location, the bed is super comfortable, fully equipped kitchen (there was coffee and sugar), spacious room overlooking the city.

The bathroom door don't allow for much privacy, which was fine for us, but it may be awkward if you're staying with friends.

Super nice and helpful host. Excellent location in the middle of the city, yet quiet. Restaurants, supermarket and market just around the corner. Nice view Good kitchen facilities

1. The central location, walking distance to everything (taxi rank, TIC, bus station, train station), uninterrupted view looking out over the rooftops from the third floor (great for yoga), hearing the cathedral bells, close to City Park in the north and the Drava River and Lent to the south. 2. The apartment itself had everything needed to make my stay (2 weeks) very comfortable. Loved the decor and felt very “at home.” 3. The helpful and accommodating host who helped with my luggage when I realised there wasn’t an elevator in the building. Communication was seamless.

The location is just top notch! It’s located in the pedestrian area in one of the most graphic parts of Maribor, close to the Maribor castle square and the city park. Both, the train and the bus station are within a short walk away, so no extra transport is needed. The apartment is nicely decorated and clean, it had pretty much everything that is needed (e.g. basic supplies for cooking/keeping the place neat). Loved the sound system and the views, too. Lastly, the owner was very friendly and easy to reach.

All was good.
