Spacious, quiet, clean, comfortable bed, good wifi, friendly owner. No air conditioning, but building stayed comfortable during my stay, which was 3 days in early July when it was over 32°C outside, so evidently good insulation and thermal ballast. Screens on windows, so no mosquitoes. Building dilapidated outside, but renovated inside, as shown in photos. I would stay here again.
