Ein Park Apartment with free parking

Everything was available for a comfortable stay. If arriving by car, it’s perfect because of the free covered parking included. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. The location of the place is also perfect for exploring the city. Although it’s close to the highway, it was relatively quiet at night. The price was also very reasonable.

Cleanliness could be improved. Deep cleaning of the shower could give it a perfect 10.

Underground parking. Newish building. 20-25 min walking distance to city centre. Supermarket nearby.

No AC even though the apartment was advertised with AC. We had to endure 31 degrees during our stay. Some other facilities (like coffee machine) that were advertised, were not available. Poor cleanliness. Toilet seat had urine stains on it. Hair around the apartment. Dirty balcony & windows.

Free indoor parking, pet frendly, clean, apartment in new building near Danube UFO bridge and AUPARK Mall. I would comeback anytime in this apartment. As a recomandation maybe some attention in the kitchen as some coffee, tea, sugar.

The apartment is new and the way to get the keys to the apartment, where the parking is and the apartment itself is well explained. The owner contacted us before arrival with a message on booking. Apartment is very close to the city center, about 15 minutes' walk. Near the apartment are McDonald's, grocery store, pharmacy, etc. Although in the end there were some difficulties to leave the keys, the owner was approachable and everything was solved.

However, upon entering the apartment, some things were noticed that could be solved. The apartment does not have accommodation for more than 2 people, it has a couch that cannot be converted into a bed. But there is a mattress in the room that a third person can use. The apartment is advertised as having air conditioning, but it does not. It only has a built-in heating system and a fan. When it's the summer months, staying in the apartment is not pleasant. There was no toilet paper in the toilet. Blinds that protect from the sun cannot be closed completely, and even if they can, the protection from the sun is poor. Dog hair was visible on the couch. All in all the apartment was not completely clean. Also the shower tub drains water poorly during showering.
