slabé vybavenie apartmánu. apartmán menší ako sa javil. chýbajúce prvky pre deti. vybavenie kuchyne katastrofické. staré hrnce nepoužiteľné na plyn. je treba vymeniť sanitu všade (nový záchod, nová sprchovacia hadica, nová batéria v kuchyni).
