The location was nice and the breakfast was ok. Also, the facilities were fine, we had everything we needed.

For the state of the place, the price is a little bit high. The shower had good pressure but that was the only positive thing about it. The rooms are fairly small with thin walls as we could hear everything in the room next to us. On arrival our key was not ready. There is definitely much to improve.

- When we wanted to shower the first night, it turned out the boiler was turned off, hence cold shower was the only option. The next day it was OK. - We had double bed with both beds in different height, mine was equipped by an vintage spring slats, very uncomfortable to be honest - Most importantly, the accommodation was noisy. First night we could hear somebody talking long after midnight. Then in the morning we were woken before 06:00 by guests who were making tea or coffee in the shared kitchen in the hallway. Basically anytime anybody opens any door you could hear it. The next evening there was a private celebration downstairs. It was so loud that we could barely hear the TV on normal volume. They finished just before 22:00. And then few minutes later an extremely loud disco started... Based on other ratings I would say we just had bad luck and this was just an exception, but we'll definitely not stay here again. Other than that, if you don't mind having to sleep with ear plugs, it's good value for money.

The owner of the property is very nice person and took care of all of our needs during our stay. We will definitely come back at one point. Very comfortable and suitable for families with kids ( including pets ). Thank you!
