Had a nice view from the balcony on the last floor. The parking facilities were important for us as we came by car. The price comparison with other options was quite good.

We had a problem with the hot water (Cold shower), extra charges for using some of the apartment's facilities (kinds of stuff). The location was quite neglected and also difficult to reach by car (much more difficult by public transportation).
