Lusso Apartman

I booked my stay on the way from Greece via North Macedonia and stated 8 pm as an approx—arrival time, while 10 pm was their check-in policy. On the way, I asked the host if it was ok if I arrived later. The answer came pretty quickly as it's fine as long as I inform them half an hour earlier. I exchanged a few messages giving updates on the way as I was having some unexpected issues with my car but the answer remained the same: please call me half an hour before reaching the place, even after the policy check-in time. I called the lady at 9.30 pm re-confirming that I'd be on the spot in around 30 min and while on the phone I asked if the sofa bed was set as well for my kid (we were 3 adults and 1 kid, while the apartment has two double beds and a sofa). The host said it was not and mentioned that maybe another apartment. I said, let's talk on the spot. 10.10 pm We arrived at the hotel and called the same number, but no one answered. I've been trying to call several times and text the host for the next 20 min with no success. We were left, in the middle of the night, with no internet access and had to look for another hotel. It's the first time I've been treated in such a way by any hotelier in the world. I'm utterly shocked at how someone can behave so unprofessional leaving the travellers with a kid with no option to check in at night or even having the minimum decency to answer the phone,

Nice apartment. Well equipped, we had everything we needed. Since there were 4 of us, it was convenient to have 2 bathrooms. The apartment is in a new building, new furniture, small balcony with chairs, all windows have mosquito nets. Check-in and check-out was organized. Convenient secure parking in the courtyard. Highly recommended.

Definitely one of our best accommodations so far. A perfect 10.

The apartment is just as in the images. It's spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The location is very close to the center of Subotica. There is a parking space in the courtyard of the building, and it's safe to park your car there. The host was very helpful and we communicated about our arrival so we didn't have to wait for each other.

There was nothing we didn't like. Everything was great at the apartment and during our stay.

Very clean, modern apartment with a great location. Just a short walk from city center. Very clean building with a convenience store on the main level. The apartment was equipped with everything you’d need for a short or longer stay.
