it’s centrally located

1. the building is under heritage protection so there is zero sound protection between the floors. you can hear every movement from your upstairs Neighbor. the staff isn’t empathetic so there is nothing they can or willing to do or say. so, if you don’t mind having “bullets” shouting on the top of you head at 6am because they are a kid friendly property, then please enjoy 2. the shower water flow nice but the drainage can’t keep up, each shower can flood the bathroom 3. there are zero views, you open the windows and see walls and other apartments.
