Green Haven Luxury Apartments

The apartment was luxurious and spacious . The staff was excellent and accommodating. Richard the night staff was the best

The beds were very hard ,we had to ask them to change one bed and although it had 4 beds as advertised, 1 room had 2 single beds. Crockery and cutlery was very sparse ,old and worn. We didn't get any fresh towels daily but it also rained the entire week so the excuse was that they didn't dry . Location is at the entrance of a township and was a bit disappointing, the exterior looked very run down ,it needed some TLC however the inside of the apartment looked as advertised and was luxurious and comfortable

At first glance looked modern, clean and appealing

Crockery, cutlery, and glassware not enough for 6 people. No bowls. Bad plumbing in the master bedroom. WiFi is terrible

No bathing towels No bathroom mats Main bedroom bed is too small

Beautiful, modern building

Not well maintained, curtains hanging loose, old bed linen, broken aircon and shower doors, broken toilet seats, poor wifi connection, uncomfortable beds. Calling it luxury apartments is misleading.

The beds were so uncomfortable, there were no amenities available in the rooms, TVs in the room were not playing
