I give it 5 ⭐️! It's a simple but very clean little hotel, everything looks new and the floor is shinning, so clean. The 7-Eleven is literally bellow the hotel and it's 5 min walk to Central Festival Phuket. + there is a super cute and clean kitchen/balcony where you can refill water and eat your food on 3rd floor. I will stay again for sure!

Amazing place the people working there were always so kind and ready to help us I absolutely recommend this place if you visit Phuket is afford able, so clean and you have supermarket and 7/11 close. The only issue is that you are around 40 mins far from the beach, for my stay wasn’t a problem , I need to mention it only in case someone is interested on. 10/10 I absolutely recommend!

Location

Strange requests to use the owner's flip-flops. There are washing machines but no detergent, as a result it is unclear what to buy for a foreigner. Many mosquitoes in the room and ants in the kitchen.

Clean, simple accommodation with everything that was promised. Very responsive owner, thus easy to communicate. Very convenient location for shopping lovers. Cental Phuket Festival is 4th largest mall in Thailand and it is with walking distance. Bib C is a big supermarket within walking distance too.

It is not a 5 star hotel, very basic. Still, it met and even exceeded our expectations. We would definitely come back.

"Clean rooms, excellent service."

Room was nice and clean. Our air conditioner didn't work at first but we were quickly moved into another room that had a nice cool air conditioner. There's a 711 downstairs and a grocery across the street. The owner was very kind and helpful when we had any questions. Would live to stay again sometime!
