We had all what we need. It was very clean and nothing was broken. You have you’re own Washington machine and it’s was perfect. Super view from your own balcony.

Great apartment building just outside of the old city. Gorgeous pool and good gym. Nice to have cooking facilities if you fancy making breakfast for a change and so handy to be able to wash some clothes. Super comfortable apartment would stay here again.

The pool, the Elephant retirement centre and the temple 🛕 on the mountain the night market 👌

The people were unfriendly and ready to rip you off at any opportunity. 🤬

everything, it was smelly, dirty and was booked for a family of five but only three sleeping spaces provided. foot prints and bogies up the wall. Left property with my three children aged 5, 7 and 11 to move to another property after an hour (only stayed that long as I had to make sure I could find alternative accommodation for them having travelled from London). Requested a refund and provided photographic evidence of dirt and raised the fact there was nowhere for two of the family to sleep but was refused a refund of any kind because we had stayed over an hour. explained that I had stayed with the children as it was boiling outside and kids were exhausted whilst my husband walked up and down trying to find alternative accommodation that we could afford. messaged Jessie the host to explain this, only to be told 'no refund' even though I provided photographic evidence only for her to block me on WhatsApp so I could not communicate with her any further to explain the situation. booking.com completely unhelpful and just requested refund from suites and then told me they said 'no' Almost £500 out of pocket as they kept every penny. Avoid at all costs, absolutely disgusting customer service, no support for me or my family

Clean apartment with everything we needed. Great pool and great gym.
