The building is new and we'll maintained. View is not bad.

It's the worst accommodation I had in my life. The address was given incorrectly. We spent two hours looking for the building. We had to drop our car and ask taxi drivers to help us. No one met us. The key was left in the post box behind the locked door. We spent half an hour in negotiation with guards to let us in. The owner met us on the forth day of stay to get the payment in cash. Before that he sent complaint to booking.com that we left without paying. In addition to the payment he has requested a deposit. On the last day he was not willing to come to us as well. I had to insist to get the deposit back. Keep away from this offering.
