The location is great! Super close to everything in nimman rd.

I think the building looks a bit run-down, but the room is nice and it has good security system.

The accommodation is perfect for a family of four, featuring two separate rooms, a spacious living room/kitchen, and a large bedroom with an outdoor balcony that we used once to dry our clothes. The provided amenities, including a microwave, electric teapot, and fridge, were very efficient, with the fridge in particular seeming to enhance the taste of any water stored in it. The smart TV kept us well-entertained after eventful days, and the slippers provided were very comfortable. There were plenty of plates and cups available for use, and the air conditioning in the bedroom was excellent and very cold, which we loved. The entire place was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The refillable water tank was only 1 baht, and the washing machine and dryer cost 20 baht and 40 baht, respectively, all of which worked well. The condo’s location is fantastic, within walking distance to the mall, restaurants, and events, and only a 10-15 minute drive to many well-known places in Chiang Mai. Additionally, the host was very understanding; when there was a leak in the AC, they immediately ordered maintenance to fix it the next day and were also accommodating of our situation when we needed assistance.

The condo facility itself was older than expected, which was a bit shocking at first. There was a strong, unpleasant smell from the sewer, particularly noticeable in the kitchen sink and bathroom, and sometimes when we stepped out of the bedroom. Due to the condo's proximity to main attractions and the airport, we often heard loud airplane take-offs, especially on the weekends. However, this did not disturb our sleep, only when we were awake. The internet was slow, which was a bit bothersome when trying to get some work done. Parking at the facility was challenging due to limited space. Fortunately, a friendly security guard helped guide us to park our car safely.
