Very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel. The staff attitude was poor and unhelpful. The room was dirty, dusty, and did not feel properly cleaned. There was a lot of noise, making it difficult to rest. The shower was not working properly, which caused significant inconvenience. The staircase was extremely uncomfortable and inconvenient to use. It was difficult even under normal circumstances and felt unsafe. Overall, the hotel did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness, comfort, or service. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have had, and I would not stay here again.
