We stayed at this hotel from 21 June 2026 to 23 June 2026. On 22 June, we left the room for about an hour to have breakfast at 7/11. During our absence, the room was cleaned. We had 15,000 THB securely kept inside our trolley bag, but when we checked later that afternoon, 6,000 THB was missing. We immediately reported the incident to the hotel staff. They apologized and asked us to speak with the manager the next morning. On 23 June, before checking out, we discussed the matter with the hotel staff again. They denied any involvement and advised us to file a complaint with the Tourist Police. As we were leaving the city that day, we were unable to pursue the matter further and had to accept the loss of 6,000 THB. This experience was extremely disappointing and completely shattered our trust in the hotel's security. We expected the hotel to investigate the matter seriously instead of simply denying responsibility. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone. To fellow travelers, please be extremely cautious if you choose to stay here. Do not leave cash or valuables in your room, even inside your luggage NOT EVEN IN SAFE
