The staff was very welcoming and the room was clean.

On a couple occasions the housekeeper forgot to clean my room but she did a good job when she cleaned it.

I travelled all over Thailand over 4 weeks staying in numerous hotels and this was by far the worst. The main reason being 50% of my money went missing from my room as well as my expensive perfume and make up on my last day. I never slept a wink whilst there as it is so noisy and literally comes alive at midnight. Although at first glance the room looked clean The mattress was stained with urine and I got bitten by bed bugs

I left my room for three hours to get a SIM card. When I returned to my room, I noticed that my backpack had been tampered with. I found that $600 had been stolen from the money in my coat pocket, which was at the bottom of my bag. I reported it to the reception. When they said they couldn't do anything, I went to the police station and filed a complaint. The police came and examined the camera footage. Cleaning staff had entered my room. But they said there was no evidence because there was no camera in the room. I had to leave my money in a bag because the safe in my room was faulty. My vacation started very badly.
